How StaySynx handles Booking.com
- Booking.com imports connected calendars about every 2 hours, and has an Import now button.
- Booking.com's calendar link can't tell a reservation from a closed date: both arrive as "CLOSED - Not available". StaySynx treats them as bookings, because a spare alert costs less than a missed guest.
- Calendar sync is not open to every property on Booking.com: it needs 20 room types or fewer, one unit per room type, and no channel manager connected.
