Partner terms for owners

These terms apply when you claim a listing on StaySynx, which is run by Peak Software (Pty) Ltd. Claiming is free and you can leave at any time.

What you get

• A free listing, with your own photos, rates and contact details.
• Guest requests for your place and your town, passed to you on WhatsApp, email or phone.
• Your listing in ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants that use StaySynx, and a way to answer requests and post specials from a chat.

What it costs

• Listing, photos, requests and specials are free.
• When a guest we sent you books and stays with you, the StaySynx fee is 5% of what the guest paid for the stay, excluding refundable deposits. For comparison, Airbnb says most of its hosts pay a 15.5% host fee (airbnb.com, September 2026).
• Your first 3 bookings from StaySynx guests are free.
• We invoice monthly for stays that were completed, based on the requests we sent you and your confirmation. You pay by EFT within 14 days. If a guest we sent you cancels, or never stays, there is no fee.
• Bookings that did not come from StaySynx cost you nothing, including guests who found you elsewhere.

Referrals

When you claim, you get a referral link. For every owner who claims their listing through it, your next 3 bookings from StaySynx guests carry no fee.

Your part

• Keep your details honest and current: photos of your own place, real rates, and whether you are open.
• Answer guest requests you can take, and tell us when a StaySynx guest books with you.
• Only upload photos you own or may use. We check photos before they appear.

Leaving

You can unclaim your listing, change it, or ask us to remove it at any time by emailing admin@peaksoftware.co.za. Fees for stays already completed stay payable. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email; the fee for a booking is the one in force when the request was sent.
