StaySynx is run by Peak Software (Pty) Ltd. By using this site, or StaySynx through an AI assistant, you agree to these terms.

What StaySynx is

• A directory of places to stay, and a free service that passes your request to places that match it.
• We are not a party to your stay. You book with the place, on their terms, rates and cancellation policy. A request is not a booking and nothing is held for you until the place confirms it with you.
• Guests pay StaySynx nothing.

Listings

• Listings come from OpenStreetMap, each place's own website and public tourism listings, and are not checked by a person unless marked as a partner. Details, rates and availability can be out of date: confirm with the place before you travel.
• Photos of a region or a kind of stay are illustrations. A place's own photos are shown only when the place gave them to us.
• Owners can claim, correct or remove their listing at any time for free: claim your place or email admin@peaksoftware.co.za.

Using the service

• Send only real requests, with your own contact details. We may ignore or block requests that look automated or abusive.
• You may not copy the directory in bulk or use it to send marketing.

Liability

We work to keep the directory accurate, but we give it as it is. To the extent the law allows, Peak Software (Pty) Ltd is not liable for a stay, a place's conduct, or loss from information that turned out to be wrong. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
