How to sync your Airbnb, Booking.com and LekkeSlaap calendars
For owners · checked September 2026
Every big platform gives you a calendar link (called an iCal link) to export your bookings, and a place to import someone else's. Linking them stops most double bookings. It is free, but it is not instant, and it helps to know how each one behaves.
Where to find the links
- Airbnb: Listings → your listing → Availability → Calendar sync. Export gives you Airbnb's link; "Connect to another website" imports one.
- Booking.com: Extranet → Rates & Availability → Sync calendars → Add calendar connection. To export, choose "Skip to export" and copy the link. You set it up per room or unit.
- LekkeSlaap: your supplier admin has a calendar export link. LekkeSlaap runs its own system; it is not the same as NightsBridge.
How often each one checks
- Airbnb reads the calendars you connect every 3 hours, and you can press Refresh to check sooner.
- Booking.com imports connected calendars every 2 hours, and has an "Import now" button.
So a booking made on one site can take hours to block the dates on another. For a last-minute booking on two sites at once, no calendar link can fully protect you: what helps is knowing about a new booking straight away.
Things that catch owners out
- Booking.com calendar sync is not open to every property. It needs 20 room types or fewer, one unit per room type, and no channel manager connected. A "Standard double" with 5 identical rooms can't use it.
- Booking.com's link can't tell a booking from a closed date. Both come through as "not available".
- Linking every site to every other site gets messy fast. Three sites need six links; five need twenty. One central calendar that each site exports to and imports from needs only two links per site.
- Links carry dates only. Prices and minimum stays still have to be set on each site.
What StaySynx does
StaySynx lists your place for free and sends you guests who ask for your town and dates. Partners can also use one StaySynx calendar that links to all their sites, so a WhatsApp or direct booking goes onto every platform once. Claim your listing for free, or read our partner terms.
